Trained in New York City at NYU, Katy is a visual artist.
Most recently her mission has been to reform the New York State School systems to include arts curriculum (Dance, Music, Theatre, Visual Arts) and sequential arts instruction for all students.
As a NYS certified Visual Art teacher she has been acting as an Arts In Education Consultant for arts organizations, school districts, and the NYS Education Department.
She and her bass player hubby own their company,
